The Boys Empowerment And Care Outreach Network (beacon) was founded to address a critical but often overlooked need in society—the holistic empowerment of boys.
While significant strides have been made to uplift and educate the girl child, many boys are left vulnerable to challenges such as drug abuse, peer pressure, and misconceptions about life, work, and family. beacon seeks to create a balanced and equitable society by intentionally grooming boys, providing them with the guidance, education, and support they need to flourish.
We believe that boys deserve the same level of attention, care, and empowerment to overcome societal pressures and harmful behaviors. Our mission is to nurture boys into responsible, emotionally intelligent, and well-rounded individuals capable of contributing meaningfully to society. Through mentorship, education, and community engagement, beacon is committed to building a generation of boys who will grow into men that lead with integrity, empathy, and strength.
The beacon's vision is to create a society where boys are empowered, educated, and equipped to become responsible, confident, and well-rounded individuals, contributing to a balanced and equitable world.
The beacon’s mission is to nurture and develop the potential of boys by providing mentorship, education, and resources that address the unique challenges they face. We aim to guide boys away from harmful behaviors such as substance abuse and peer pressure while fostering positive values in work, life, and family.
